Beanie is possessed by the vision of a man in a blue ape suit who has risen from the swamp in search of his severed arm. Inspired by his vision, Beanie and his janitor friend write a 15-minute horror movie script and enlist the other residents to help make the movie a reality. Using elements typically reserved for fiction filmmaking such as fantasy sequences, music videos, and special effects the director artfully renders the wonderfully imaginative inner lives of his subjects.
